AI for Education

AI in education that supports every learner.

We build AI in education for K-12 districts, universities and edtech companies that want to personalize learning without compromising student privacy. Our tutoring, feedback and analytics tools work inside your LMS and keep teachers firmly in charge of instruction and assessment.

  • LMS integrated
  • Student privacy first
  • Teacher in the loop

01 Overview

Personalized learning that keeps educators in control

Teachers and instructors are stretched thin: large classes, diverse learning needs, piles of essays to grade and students who need help at nine at night. Well-designed ai in education gives each learner patient, on-demand practice and feedback while giving educators a clearer view of who is struggling and why — so their limited time goes to the conversations that matter most.

Our edtech ai development work includes ai tutoring systems that guide students with hints rather than handing over answers, an ai grading assistant that drafts rubric-aligned feedback for instructors to review, learning analytics ai that flags students at risk of falling behind, and student support chatbots for admissions, financial aid and IT questions. Every tool is grounded in your curriculum and approved materials, and designed for accessibility from day one.

02 Challenges

What AI solves in education.

The recurring problems we hear from education teams — and where AI makes the biggest difference.

  1. CH-01

    One pace for every student

Classroom instruction often moves at a single speed, leaving some students bored and others lost, while teachers lack the time to tailor practice and feedback to each learner.

  2. CH-02

    Grading and feedback backlog

Essays, problem sets and lab reports take hours to grade, so feedback arrives too late to help students improve before the next assignment or exam.

  3. CH-03

    Late warning on struggling students

Signals like missed submissions, falling quiz scores and low LMS activity are scattered across systems, so advisors often learn a student is struggling only after a failing grade.

  4. CH-04

    Overwhelmed student services

Admissions, registrar, financial aid and IT help desks face surges of repetitive questions at the start of each term, creating long waits for students and burnout for staff.

03 Use cases

AI use cases for education.

Proven applications we design, build and run in production — each delivered through one of our core services.

UC-01

Curriculum-grounded AI tutor

A tutor that guides students through problems with Socratic hints, explains concepts using your approved course materials and encourages independent thinking instead of simply supplying answers.

RAG Development
UC-02

Rubric-aligned grading assistant

An assistant that drafts scores and written feedback against your rubric for essays and short answers, which instructors review, edit and approve before anything reaches students.

AI Copilot Development
UC-03

At-risk student early alerts

Learning analytics models that combine LMS activity, assignment performance and attendance to surface students who may need outreach, with transparent factors advisors can understand and question.

Predictive Analytics
UC-04

Student services chatbot

A chatbot that answers questions about admissions, deadlines, financial aid and campus services around the clock, escalating sensitive or complex issues to the right staff member.

AI Chatbot Development
UC-05

Course content and quiz generation

Generative tools that help instructors draft lesson outlines, practice questions and differentiated reading passages from their own materials, ready for educator review and editing.

Generative AI Development
UC-06

Lecture transcription and accessibility

Speech models that produce accurate captions, transcripts and searchable summaries of recorded lectures, supporting students with hearing impairments, language learners and anyone reviewing material.

05 How we deliver

From use case to production.

Every education AI project follows the same five stages, so you validate value early and scale with confidence.

  1. 01

    Discover Typically 1–2 weeks

AI readiness assessment, data audit and use-case discovery. We rank opportunities by business value and feasibility and agree on measurable success criteria.

Output: Roadmap · data audit · success metrics

  2. 02

    Prototype Typically 2–4 weeks

A working proof of concept on your real data, scored against an evaluation set — so you see accuracy, latency and cost before committing to a full build.

Output: PoC · evaluation report · build estimate

  3. 03

    Build Sprint-based

Production engineering: data pipelines, model training or fine-tuning, RAG retrieval, agent tooling, APIs, guardrails and the user interface your team will actually use.

Output: Production code · APIs · guardrails

  4. 04

    Deploy Cloud, on-prem or edge

Secure deployment on AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, your private infrastructure or edge devices, with CI/CD, LLMOps and MLOps pipelines from the first release.

Output: CI/CD · infrastructure as code · rollback

  5. 05

    Operate Ongoing

Monitoring, drift detection, retraining and cost optimization keep models accurate and affordable as your data, users and the AI landscape change.

Output: Monitoring · retraining · cost reports

06 Built for your sector

Designed for education realities.

Data, regulation and the systems you already run shape every architecture decision we make.

Student data privacy

Our systems are designed around FERPA, COPPA and GDPR requirements, with data minimization, role-based access and contractual controls that prevent student records from being used to train third-party models or sold.

LMS and SIS integration

We integrate with learning management systems such as Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard and Google Classroom through LTI and APIs, and with student information systems, so AI features appear where teachers and students already work.

Academic integrity and equity

AI must support learning, not shortcut it. We build tutors that encourage reasoning, test analytics models for bias across student groups and keep educators responsible for grades and any decisions affecting students.

07 FAQ

AI in education, answered.

Can't find your question? Talk to an AI engineer

How can AI be used in education responsibly?

Responsible use starts with clear goals, such as more practice opportunities or faster feedback, and keeps teachers in charge of instruction and grades. Tools should be grounded in approved materials, protect student data, be accessible to all learners and be tested for bias. Transparency with students and families about how AI is used builds trust.

Will an AI tutor just give students the answers?

Not the way we build them. Our tutors use guided questioning and hints to help students reason through problems, and instructors can configure how much help is offered for each assignment. Conversations can be reviewed by teachers, which helps them spot misconceptions and adjust their instruction.

Can AI integrate with Canvas, Moodle or our SIS?

Yes. We commonly use LTI standards and platform APIs to embed AI tutors, feedback tools and analytics directly into the LMS, and connect to student information systems for enrollment and performance data. This avoids separate logins and keeps student records within your existing governance.

How do you protect student data in AI systems?

We design around FERPA and COPPA requirements, minimize the data each feature uses, enforce role-based access and log activity. We choose model providers and hosting options that prohibit training on your data, and can deploy within your own cloud environment when district or university policy requires it.

Do you build products for edtech companies?

Yes. Alongside schools and universities, we partner with edtech startups and publishers to build AI features into their platforms, including adaptive practice, content generation, automated feedback and analytics dashboards. We also set up evaluation and monitoring so product quality holds up as usage grows.
