Robot perception and scene understanding
Object detection, 6D pose estimation, and point cloud segmentation that tell the robot what is in front of it and where to grasp, even with clutter and occlusion.
Robotics & Emerging AI
We build the software that lets robots see, decide, and act reliably outside a demo cell. Our AI robotics development work covers perception, motion planning, and learned control, wired into ROS 2 and tested in simulation before a single arm moves on your line.
01 Overview
Classic industrial robots excel at the same motion repeated forever, but they stall when parts shift, lighting changes, or a person walks into the cell. AI robotics development closes that gap by pairing robot perception software with planners that adapt to what the cameras and depth sensors actually report. We design the full loop: sensing, state estimation, decision making, and actuation, so behavior stays predictable when conditions do not.
Most of our engagements start in simulation. Using NVIDIA Isaac Sim or Gazebo, we model your workcell, generate synthetic training data, and run sim-to-real robot training so policies are stress-tested long before hardware time is booked. From there we integrate with your existing controllers through ROS 2 development practices, add robot motion planning with MoveIt, and harden the stack for long shifts on embedded compute like NVIDIA Jetson.
02 Capabilities
End-to-end AI Robotics Development: strategy, engineering and the production operations that keep it working.
Object detection, 6D pose estimation, and point cloud segmentation that tell the robot what is in front of it and where to grasp, even with clutter and occlusion.
Collision-aware trajectories built on MoveIt and custom planners, with grasp selection and force-aware insertion for pick-and-place, kitting, assembly, and machine tending tasks.
SLAM, localization, and Nav2-based path planning for autonomous mobile robots that share aisles with forklifts and people, including fleet coordination and docking behaviors.
Digital twins in NVIDIA Isaac Sim or Gazebo with domain randomization, so models train on thousands of edge cases you would never capture safely on the real floor.
Reinforcement learning and imitation learning for dexterous or contact-rich tasks where hand-coded rules break down, with guardrails that keep learned behavior inside safe limits.
Optimized inference with TensorRT on Jetson-class hardware, plus logging, telemetry, and rollback so operators can see what the robot decided and why.
03 How we deliver
Every AI Robotics Development engagement follows the same five stages, so you see value early and risk stays low.
AI readiness assessment, data audit and use-case discovery. We rank opportunities by business value and feasibility and agree on measurable success criteria.
Output: Roadmap · data audit · success metrics
A working proof of concept on your real data, scored against an evaluation set — so you see accuracy, latency and cost before committing to a full build.
Output: PoC · evaluation report · build estimate
Production engineering: data pipelines, model training or fine-tuning, RAG retrieval, agent tooling, APIs, guardrails and the user interface your team will actually use.
Output: Production code · APIs · guardrails
Secure deployment on AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, your private infrastructure or edge devices, with CI/CD, LLMOps and MLOps pipelines from the first release.
Output: CI/CD · infrastructure as code · rollback
Monitoring, drift detection, retraining and cost optimization keep models accurate and affordable as your data, users and the AI landscape change.
Output: Monitoring · retraining · cost reports
04 Use cases
Practical, high-value applications we design and build for clients across industries.
Vision-guided arms identify and pick randomly oriented components from totes, replacing fixtures and vibratory feeders on lines that change parts frequently.
Mobile robots navigate dynamic aisles, avoid people and pallets, and hand off totes to pick stations without relying on floor magnets or fixed paths.
A robot positions cameras around a part to capture every critical surface, then a model flags defects for review before the part moves downstream.
Field robots detect ripe produce or crop stress under changing sunlight, plan gentle approach paths, and log plant-level data for agronomists.
05 Technology
Proven, well-supported tools chosen per project for accuracy, cost and long-term maintainability.
06 Industries
We deliver AI Robotics Development for regulated and fast-moving industries alike.
It covers everything between the sensors and the motors: perception models that interpret camera and lidar data, planners that choose safe motions, and control logic that executes them. We also build the simulation environment, the data pipeline for training, and the deployment tooling so your team can update models after launch without rewriting the robot software.
Usually, yes. We integrate with major industrial arms and mobile platforms through their ROS 2 drivers or vendor SDKs. Where a driver is missing or limited, we write a bridge layer. A short technical review of your hardware, controllers, and network setup tells us what is practical before any build work starts.
Safety is designed in from the first architecture sketch. Learned behaviors run inside hard limits on speed, force, and workspace, and safety-rated functions stay with safety-rated hardware such as safety PLCs and scanners. Our designs are built around ISO 10218 and ISO/TS 15066 requirements, and we document risk assessments so your integrator can complete formal validation.
Simulation lets us try thousands of scenarios, including dangerous or rare ones, without risking equipment or people. Sim-to-real robot training with domain randomization exposes models to variations in lighting, textures, and part placement, so they generalize better once deployed. It also shortens the time your production robot spends offline for testing.
We focus on the autonomy software rather than the chassis. For autonomous mobile robots, we develop mapping, localization, navigation, and fleet logic on top of off-the-shelf bases or your custom hardware. That keeps projects focused on the behaviors that differentiate your operation instead of reinventing motors and batteries.
