Problem framing and feasibility
We translate a business goal into a learnable target, check whether your data can support it, and agree on success metrics before any serious modeling time is spent.
Machine Learning & Data
Our machine learning development services take a question your team keeps asking and turn it into a model that answers it reliably. We handle the full arc, from framing the problem and auditing your data to shipping a model your applications can call.
01 Overview
Most machine learning projects stall long before the modeling step. The target is fuzzy, the labels are inconsistent, or nobody agreed on what a good prediction is worth. We start by pinning those down with you, then design an approach that fits the data you actually have. That might be gradient-boosted trees on tabular records, a neural network on sequences, or a simple baseline that already beats the current rule-based process.
As a machine learning development company, we treat custom machine learning models as software, not experiments. Every model ships with versioned training code, reproducible datasets, documented evaluation against a holdout set, and an API or batch job your engineers can run. Our machine learning development services also cover the unglamorous parts: feature pipelines, error analysis, fairness checks where they matter, and a clear write-up of where the model is weak so nobody is surprised later.
02 Capabilities
End-to-end ML Development: strategy, engineering and the production operations that keep it working.
We translate a business goal into a learnable target, check whether your data can support it, and agree on success metrics before any serious modeling time is spent.
We build features from raw transactional, behavioral and text data, test which ones carry real signal, and package them so training and inference compute them identically.
Classification and regression models using XGBoost, LightGBM, scikit-learn or PyTorch, chosen by what performs on your holdout data rather than by what is fashionable this quarter.
Recommendation system development using collaborative filtering, two-tower retrieval and learning-to-rank, tuned for the catalog size, cold-start patterns and latency budget of your product.
Anomaly detection models for fraud, equipment faults or data quality issues, combining unsupervised methods with feedback loops so flagged cases improve the model over time.
Rigorous validation with time-aware splits, calibration checks and SHAP-based explanations, so stakeholders understand why the model decides what it decides before trusting it.
03 How we deliver
Every ML Development engagement follows the same five stages, so you see value early and risk stays low.
AI readiness assessment, data audit and use-case discovery. We rank opportunities by business value and feasibility and agree on measurable success criteria.
Output: Roadmap · data audit · success metrics
A working proof of concept on your real data, scored against an evaluation set — so you see accuracy, latency and cost before committing to a full build.
Output: PoC · evaluation report · build estimate
Production engineering: data pipelines, model training or fine-tuning, RAG retrieval, agent tooling, APIs, guardrails and the user interface your team will actually use.
Output: Production code · APIs · guardrails
Secure deployment on AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, your private infrastructure or edge devices, with CI/CD, LLMOps and MLOps pipelines from the first release.
Output: CI/CD · infrastructure as code · rollback
Monitoring, drift detection, retraining and cost optimization keep models accurate and affordable as your data, users and the AI landscape change.
Output: Monitoring · retraining · cost reports
04 Use cases
Practical, high-value applications we design and build for clients across industries.
Score accounts by their likelihood to cancel and surface the drivers behind each score, giving retention teams a ranked list to act on instead of a monthly guess.
Flag suspicious payments in near real time using behavioral features and supervised learning solutions, routing borderline cases to human reviewers whose decisions feed retraining.
Rank products, articles or listings for each user based on past behavior and context, replacing static bestseller lists with relevance that adapts as preferences shift.
Prioritize leads or assess applicant risk with interpretable models whose decisions can be explained to sales teams, underwriters and, where required, the applicants themselves.
05 Technology
Proven, well-supported tools chosen per project for accuracy, cost and long-term maintainability.
Typically problem framing, data assessment, feature engineering, model training and evaluation, and delivery as an API or batch job. We also document how the model was built and where it struggles. If you need ongoing monitoring and retraining after launch, that usually moves into an MLOps engagement, which we can run alongside or after the initial build.
It depends on the problem, not a fixed number. A churn model with clear labels can work on modest history, while image or text tasks often need more. We run a short feasibility check on your data first and tell you plainly whether it supports the goal, what extra labeling would help, or whether a simpler approach makes more sense.
For structured predictions like scoring, forecasting or ranking over tabular data, classical ML is usually cheaper, faster and more accurate than an LLM. LLMs shine with unstructured language. Many systems use both. We recommend based on your data and latency needs, and we will tell you if rules or SQL would solve the problem without any model at all.
We evaluate on data the model never saw during training, using splits that mirror how it will be used, such as time-based splits for forecasting. We compare against a meaningful baseline, check calibration and subgroup performance, and review error cases with your domain experts. Where possible, we recommend a shadow or A/B rollout before full adoption.
That is the goal. We deliver clean, versioned training code, documented features, a reproducible environment and a walkthrough with your engineers. Experiment history lives in a tracker like MLflow so anyone can see what was tried. If your team is new to ML, we can pair with them during the build so the knowledge transfers naturally.
